Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Five Star Senior Living. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional support services to our residents and staff.

About the Role:

The Executive Assistant will act as a liaison between the facility and the outside community, providing excellent communication skills and customer service approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day functions, maintaining office supplies, and accurately maintaining petty cash accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and forward incoming calls politely and with a strong customer service approach.
  • Provide information about residence & services when needed.
  • Greet and assist visitors, including potential residents, sponsors, job applicants, etc.
  • Maintain all marketing materials and distribute to prospective residents, family members, community leaders, and referral sources.
Budgeting and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain office supplies within budget.
  • Accurately maintain petty cash account in accordance with established financial and accounting standards.
  • Maintain personnel files and resident files in a confidential and orderly fashion.
What You'll Bring:

Experience & Education:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Organizational skills to effectively meet competing priorities.
  • Must be able communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting.
  • Ability to perform computations consisting of rates, ratios, and percentages.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and communication software.
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
