Job Description
  • This role involves the supervision of production personnel, scheduling of production runs, and monitoring of plant performance metrics.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, including the design and implementation of new processes and equipment.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise production personnel, including coaching, mentoring, and evaluating performance
  • Schedule production runs, adjust production rates, and monitor plant performance metrics
  • Develop and implement process improvements, including the design and implementation of new processes and equipment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BS in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical plant operations, production management, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, sketches, and drawings
  • Able to analyze data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality
