The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our residential properties.

About the Job:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including making ready apartment homes, preventative maintenance, and work order completion.
  • Assist in the purchase, installation, repair, and maintenance of various plumbing, heating, air conditioning fixtures, and appliances.
  • Conduct maintenance inspections and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Must have 2-3 years of verifiable experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
  • HVAC certification is required.
