CTL Engineering is committed to providing exceptional services to the construction industry, and we are seeking a talented Licensed Professional Land Surveyor to join our team as a project manager.

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in surveying and creative problem-solving skills while working closely with institutions/municipal agencies, architects, engineers, and project teams. As a project manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of land surveying projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, cadastral mapping, and survey control, with a minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience. A bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field is required, along with licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor in one of the following states: OH, WV, IN, or KY.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a company vehicle, medical, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, an award-winning ESOP, and a 401K plan.
