Medical Projects Superintendent

As a Superintendent for Medical Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. This includes supervising field labor forces, assisting project managers, and ensuring compliance with contracts and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor forces, including assistants, foremen, subcontractors, and other construction-related personnel.
- Assist project managers in the supervision and responsibility of the total construction effort, in accordance with design, budget, quality, and schedule.
- Provide technical assistance, including interpretation of drawings, recommendation of construction methods and equipment, and inspection of contractor or subcontract operations to ensure compliance with contracts.
- Review and approve trade contractor payment applications, develop and maintain site logistics plans, and conduct quality inspections.
- Monitor costs, including labor time and material, and communicate and enforce safety and health management programs.
- Manage schedules, prepare and submit superintendent's daily reports, and conduct subcontractor meetings and project meetings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
- Completed commercial projects greater than $5M.
- Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook.
