As a Content Restoration Sales Consultant at Paul Davis, you will play a crucial role in our mission to restore and rejuvenate what is most important to our clients. In this essential position, you will drive business expansion by spearheading the sales of our premier content restoration services. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients, managing intricate restoration projects, and ensuring smooth collaboration with insurance providers. You will combine your skills in sales, project oversight, and customer relations to revitalize cherished items and assist clients in rebuilding after a disaster.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction and Sales:
  • Initial Assessment: Meet with clients (homeowners, businesses, insurance representatives) to evaluate the damage to contents (furniture, personal belongings, documents, etc.) and clarify the restoration process.
  • Service Presentation: Introduce and sell the Paul Davis content restoration services, which may encompass cleaning, deodorizing, restoring, and storing personal or business items.
  • Customized Solutions: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized restoration plans that cater to their unique needs, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Sales Development and Business Growth:
  • Opportunity Identification: Seek and pursue new business prospects, including establishing relationships with insurance representatives, property managers, and other potential referral sources.
  • Market Awareness: Remain updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance the company's content restoration services and sales tactics.
  • Networking: Participate in industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to promote the company's services and cultivate a network of potential clients and partners.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sales Proficiency: Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in service-oriented sales, preferably within the restoration sector.
  • Effective Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients, insurance representatives, and team members.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Capability to accurately assess damage and propose effective restoration solutions.
  • Technical Acumen: Knowledge of the restoration process, including cleaning methods, materials, and equipment utilized in content restoration.
