Job Summary

As a Patient Care Technician at UPMC, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to patients and families. Your role will involve demonstrating awareness of behavior on the efficient functioning of the department, assuring equipment malfunctions are reported to the appropriate department, and establishing effective communication strategies. You will also respond to emergent situations within the scope of the nursing assistant role.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
