Responsibilities- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support admission and discharge procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for patients.
- Lead or co-facilitate patient groups, promoting a supportive environment.
- Conduct periodic safety checks and location checks to ensure patient well-being.
- Perform other care functions as assigned by the Charge Nurse.
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- BCLS certification required.
- Nursing Assistant or patient care technician certification or equivalent experience.
- Requires stable physical and mental health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to cope with stressful situations and adapt to changing environments.
- Knowledge of body mechanics and basic safety principles.
- Medical terminology training preferred.
