Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Superintendent to oversee construction projects at Ryde Technologies, LLC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to provide regular project updates.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of various construction disciplines including electrical, HVAC, fire safety systems, and architectural elements.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory role on industrial or commercial construction projects.
  • Possession of an active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
  • Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $500,000.
  • Certification in a construction trade from a recognized certifying body is required.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • MDE 'Green Card' eligibility (can be obtained post-employment).
  • OSHA 30 Certification (can be obtained post-employment).
  • Prior experience with Federal DoD contracts is preferred.
  • Proficient in managing construction task order projects.
  • Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings and specifications.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • In-depth knowledge of workplace safety standards and protocols.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Demonstrates respect and sensitivity towards cultural diversity; fosters an inclusive work environment.
  • Exhibits integrity and ethical behavior; builds trust within the team.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Five years of experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
