Structures Superintendent

At Dragados, we are seeking a highly skilled Structures Superintendent to join our team in the Construction Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on bridge and tunnel development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Structures Crews Department, ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time and within budget. This will involve conferring with supervisory personnel and subcontractors, ordering materials and tools, and inspecting work in progress to ensure that it meets specifications.
The Structures Superintendent will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing reports on progress, materials used, and costs, and for adjusting work schedules as needed. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to attend coordination and production meetings with the Project Manager to develop activities and address any potential problems related to structures.
Qualifications for this role include a high school diploma or equivalent, a certificate in construction, and a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and government regulations.
