We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Methodist Hospital. As a vital part of our patient care team, you will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in accordance with departmental policies and standards of practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and procedures to evaluate patient needs and responses to respiratory therapy
  • Administer respiratory care therapies, including oxygen delivery, aerosol medication delivery, and chest physiotherapy
  • Monitor patients receiving invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and families regarding respiratory health and disease management
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Vocational School Graduate or higher degree in Respiratory Care and hold current certifications as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP).

A minimum of $63,500 per year salary package, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development, awaits the successful candidate.
