High-Level Support Specialist for Stamford HQ

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled High-Level Support Specialist to join our team at Insight Global in Stamford. This role is perfect for a proactive thinker with excellent customer service skills, capable of providing top-notch support.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve tickets efficiently
- Provide exceptional desktop support in a Windows/PC environment, including Office 365 troubleshooting
- Assist with new hire onboarding, desktop builds, phone setups, and applications
- Manage the ordering process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Compensation and Benefits:**
**Salary:** $39/hour (estimated compensation range: $35/hr - $41/hr)
The exact salary may vary based on your skills, experience, and education. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, DCFSA account options, and access to a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
