  • Equipment Operation: Utilize stacker jacks to efficiently load lift tables with the appropriate cheese products.
  • Quality Inspection: Open and examine cheese prior to its placement on the conveyor system to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Production Support: Maintain a steady flow of cheese on the conveyor, ensuring it is consistently loaded for processing.
  • Line Management: Be prepared to halt production and communicate with the Lead person or Supervisor if there are any concerns regarding ingredient cheeses.
  • Production Compliance: Follow detailed production lists to guarantee the correct cheese blends are achieved.
  • Assistance in Changeovers: Collaborate with machine operators during Changeovers, Head changes, and Harp changes to maintain operational efficiency.
Work Environment:
