As a Pediatric Healthcare Specialist - Immunology, you will play a vital role in our team by providing developmentally appropriate care to patients. Your primary responsibility will be to independently perform the functions of a registered nurse in direct patient care.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN with a strong focus on delivering culturally effective care. If you have a four-year Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing the functions of a registered nurse in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process in the delivery of developmentally appropriate care.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive plan of care that meets the patient/family needs.
  • Responsible and accountable for prescribing, delegating, and coordinating patient care, using clinical judgment based on nursing skills acquired through formal and informal experiential knowledge and evidence-based guidelines.
  • Providing education and facilitating learning for patients, families, and patient care teams in a way that demonstrates sensitivity to recognizing, appreciating, and incorporating differences related to diversity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A four-year Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • A current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas
