Position: Youth Sports Program Coordinator


Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday from 3:00-6:00pm

  • Provide clear instructions to students and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Demonstrate the ability to improvise, adapt, and take initiative based on student needs.
  • Exhibit approachability, empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with children.
  • Present yourself as a confident leader and a positive role model.

Additional Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in the United States, completion of a background check, and health screenings.
  • 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or related fields is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety protocols.

Candidates should be capable of engaging in the following activities with or without accommodations:

  • Frequent movement to accomplish tasks or transition between locations.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Occasional running and other physically demanding activities.
  • Ability to navigate safely on uneven terrain.
