Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Tru Fit Athletic team is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our operations team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily walk-throughs to identify repair and service needs
  • Diagnose and correct mechanical issues
  • Perform preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment
  • Perform basic facility and structure repairs and maintenance
  • Repair and maintain machines and equipment
  • Coordinate with the Club Development Team on major facility issues and repairs
  • Partner with the General Manager and Operations Manager to discuss club maintenance needs
  • Maintain the club's Maintenance Log (UpKeep)
Requirements:
  • Proven maintenance experience
  • Skilled in the use of hand or power tools
  • Ability to take apart machines or equipment to remove or replace defective parts
  • Experience in performing routine maintenance (HVAC, pools, saunas, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Strong time management skills
