Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Durango, Colorado. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a supportive team environment. About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse, you will assume responsibility and accountability for:
- Facilitating communication and collaboration with the healthcare team and patients/families to identify and meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Promoting optimal patient health, well-being, and safety through the use of the nursing process and patient care standards.
- Demonstrating personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Nursing skills and knowledge specific to the specialty.
- A current state nursing license or a valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.

SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is between $32.01 and $56.03 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
