Job Title: Test Administrator

Pearson VUE is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Test Administrator to join our team in Little Rock, AR. As a Test Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a secure and comfortable testing environment for candidates, ensuring the integrity of our exams, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify candidate identification and explain the exam process
  • Proctor candidates during exams, ensuring a secure and fair testing environment
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as sanitizing keyboards and vacuuming floors
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
  • Experience proctoring or invigilating exams highly preferred
  • Flexibility in work hours and days required
  • Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) preferred
