We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Pause Wellness Center, Inc.. This role is ideal for individuals who are either seasoned in clinical supervision or ready to embrace a leadership position within our Outpatient Mental Health division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to individual client needs.
- Facilitate training and development sessions for clinical staff.
- Provide guidance and support to practice clinicians.
- Oversee and provide supervision hours for pre-licensed clinicians.
- Deliver comprehensive therapeutic services to a diverse clientele.
This position emphasizes collaboration and teamwork, allowing you to engage directly with clients while supervising and mentoring other professionals. We offer a competitive salary and opportunities for ongoing professional growth.
Compensation: $80,000
Essential Duties:
- As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering therapy services to clients while adhering to evidence-based practices and ethical standards, ensuring a minimum of 15 sessions weekly.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs of each client, incorporating measurable objectives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care and client outcomes.
- Continuously assess treatment progress and modify plans as necessary throughout the therapeutic process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Work with external resources to create training programs that align with the practice's requirements.
- Provide supervision to the clinical team and review all documentation for pre-licensed clinicians.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate must possess an LMHC license.
- A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience is required.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and experience in outpatient mental health services are essential.
- A thorough understanding of licensure regulations is crucial.
- A genuine passion for client work and a commitment to supporting the professional development of therapists are highly valued.
