Advanced Practice Healthcare Professional

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within the scope of their training and approved agreement. Working collaboratively with other providers and staff, the APP ensures efficient patient flow and exceptional patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough health histories, review patient records, and develop comprehensive medical assessments.
- Order laboratory, radiological, and diagnostic studies as necessary for patient care.
- Formulate medical and nursing diagnoses, and institute therapy or referrals to appropriate healthcare facilities.
- Provide emergency measures and stabilization in critical situations.
- Interpret and analyze patient data to determine patient status and management.
- Offer guidance and education on healthcare and health promotion to patients and their families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certification (with 1 year ER/UC experience preferred).
- Active and current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of practice, DEA number, and state-controlled substance certificate, as required.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
$85.00 per hour.
