Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join our San Diego One Paseo team.

Role and Responsibilities

A Stylist role at Marrow Fine LLC is a dynamic position that requires creativity, an interest in fashion and design, and excellent client-facing skills. Our stylists act as liaisons between our clients and design team, working together to create custom pieces, heirloom reworks, engagement rings, and line collections. Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving individual sales goals
  • Collaborating with store leadership, stylist, and support teams
  • Embracing brand identity, ethos, and product knowledge
  • Providing exceptional customer experience, loyalty, and retention
  • Inventory management
  • Loss prevention
  • Visual merchandising
  • Networking
  • Morale
Desired Experience
  • Experience in luxury retail sales and/or fine jewelry industry
  • Proven performance in a sales role
  • Adaptability, coachability, open-mindedness, initiative-taking, and listening skills
  • Knowledge of Google cloud-based systems
  • Experience utilizing Shopify POS
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
