About YouWe are looking for a highly skilled Physical Therapist who can deliver specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment tailored to patient-specific needs. You should be able to connect effectively with patients and clinical team members, providing the highest quality care that meets our standards of clinical excellence. Additionally, you must value a positive, respectful, and fair work environment, as well as be eager to continually learn through professional growth opportunities.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must hold a graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program and possess current or pending state licensure.
BenefitsDrayer PT offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as flexible work schedules with no weekends (Monday-Friday), clinical care productivity bonuses, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k with company match, paid time off and holidays, student loan reimbursement opportunities, partnership/ownership opportunities, company-paid life insurance, voluntary short-term and long-term disability offerings, and access to professional growth resources, including $1500 annual CE dollars, unlimited MedBridge use, and in-house sports residencies.
