  • Assist with visual merchandising standards, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Ensure the correct execution of operational standards, safety, and health codes, protecting company assets and preventing loss.
  • Communicate collaboratively with the store team, upholding company values through fair and consistent feedback and respectful accountability.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a senior barista or barista role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team.
  • Strong knowledge of cafe business operations, including sales, profitability, and customer service.
  • Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence and ability to direct work with productive results, with experience in training employees and delegating tasks.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others and provide feedback.
  • Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize workload, with a focus on achieving sales goals and operational efficiency.
