Job Overview

The Head Barista is a key member of our team, responsible for leading the barista team in preparing high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest standards of production preparation and presentation.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and tea.
  • Adhere to all company recipes and measurements to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Provide engaged, friendly, and attentive customer service to all guests.
  • Practice safety protocols and adhere to health and sanitation standards.
  • Train and develop new employees to meet LDV Hospitality's standards of service.
  • Maintain inventory levels and requisition supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Barista in a similar establishment.
  • A high school education is required.
  • Ability to lift at least 30 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, stand, and perform extensive walking for 8-10 hours a day.
