Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our dynamic legal team at a well-established pharmaceutical company listed on Nasdaq. This role is pivotal in supporting the company’s strategic objectives and its mission to combat serious health conditions. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical industry experience to foster collaboration across various departments, ensuring that legal considerations are integrated into business strategies.
The successful applicant will engage with stakeholders throughout the organization, facilitating the flow of information and aligning legal insights with business goals. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential legal risks in the rapidly evolving landscape of diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal guidance on commercial matters, including investigational and marketed products.
- Draft, negotiate, and review contracts related to business operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Advise internal teams on the marketing and sale of pharmaceutical products, as well as lifecycle management and market access strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, commercial operations, and compliance, to ensure alignment on legal matters.
- Stay informed about relevant federal and state regulations impacting the pharmaceutical industry, and communicate these developments to business leaders.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and a valid license to practice law.
- Significant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, with a focus on commercial legal matters.
- Proven ability to provide strategic legal advice to business partners, particularly in the context of product launches and marketing initiatives.
