Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our dynamic legal team at Lantheus. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to combat serious diseases by collaborating across various departments to advance our product offerings and pipeline. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the pharmaceutical sector, enabling them to effectively navigate the complexities of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal counsel to senior leadership, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations while facilitating brand strategy execution.
- Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of agreements related to commercial operations, including contracts with healthcare professionals and vendors.
- Advise on promotional materials and initiatives, ensuring alignment with legal standards and ethical practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including research and development, commercial operations, and compliance, to support product launches and lifecycle management.
- Stay informed on federal and state laws affecting the pharmaceutical industry, providing guidance on compliance and risk management.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and a valid license to practice law, preferably in Massachusetts.
- Significant legal experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, particularly in commercial matters.
- Proven ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
