Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team at IVA'AL Solutions, LLC. As a member of our Air Force Family Advocacy Program, you will play a critical role in providing support to military families and promoting healthy relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat individuals, families, and groups affected by family maltreatment.
  • Provide comprehensive prevention services to prevent the occurrence of family maltreatment.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address the needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and safety planning.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of services provided.
Requirements
  • Master's degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the independent level with current, unrestricted State license.
  • Two years' full-time post-master's degree experience providing clinical counseling services to adults and children experiencing family violence.
  • Experience as a group therapy facilitator or co-leader.
  • Ability to obtain privileges at the Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
  • Basic Life Support Certification (Course C).
  • Valid drivers' license and reliable transportation.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills.
  • Ability to utilize Family Advocacy System of Records or Family Advocacy Program Network computer software.
Work Environment

This role requires frequent use of standard office equipment and occasional travel. Travel may be local or out-of-area, with some overnight stays possible.
