Lead a Team of Sales Professionals at VIRELLA

VIRELLA, a 120-year-old industry leader, is seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our organization. As a leader, you will be responsible for learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships to add new clients, and leading a small team to achieve these goals.

This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly. You will have the opportunity to become an expert in training and developing your team members, with a clear path for advancement to the Agency Director role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base
  • Research new business opportunities
  • Supervise team activity and results
  • Train and develop incoming team members
  • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
