**Job Title:** Language Pathologist Leader

**Estimated Salary:** $90,000 - $115,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Language Pathologist Leader to join our team at San Marcos USD. As a Language Pathologist Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of individualized therapeutic procedures for correcting or minimizing communicative disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements individualized therapeutic procedures for correcting or minimizing communicative disabilities
  • Evaluates individual programs and student progress
  • Counsels parents in the management of their child's problem and reports periodically on the child's progress
  • Coordinates programming and scheduling of special classes for speech, hearing and language handicapped children
