Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and document all individuals entering and exiting the premises.
- Exhibit a commanding presence through professional appearance and demeanor.
- Enforce established rules, regulations, and policies.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations requiring security intervention.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors, staff, and contractors.
- Effectively manage escalated situations and individuals.
- Maintain accurate logs throughout your shift.
- Compose detailed reports of all incidents occurring on-site.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Certification: PA ACT 235 Certification required.
