Personal Support Specialist

BILLY SUPPORTIVE HANDS LLC is hiring a Home Care Aide to work directly with patients in their homes. As a Home Care Aide, you will be responsible for assisting patients with daily activities, such as personal care and mobility. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Assist patients with daily activities: Providing assistance with tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support: Building relationships with patients and providing emotional support to help them stay mentally healthy and alert.
- Maintain patient records: Keeping accurate records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisors.
To be successful as a Home Care Aide, you must have:
- Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program
- High School Diploma or GED
- One-year prior professional experience
- CPR certification required OR will be provided by company
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible scheduling, career advancement opportunities, and more.
