Job Description:
The Senior Property Manager at Ascend Talent Solutions plays a vital role in managing the building operations and property management team members to ensure fiscal and operational success. With excellent analytical skills, the primary responsibility is financial management and reporting, working closely with the accounting team and building ownership. Strong management and personnel development skills are also essential to support property retention goals. Accountability is a key attribute for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Fiscal management: Develop and maintain detailed property budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial representations.
  • Financial reporting: Prepare monthly reports, including accruals, variance reports, and stacking plans.
  • Operational oversight: Monitor all expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with property budget parameters.
  • Tenant and capital improvements: Oversee and support timely completion within budget.
  • Lease management: Responsible for lease collections and coordinate default proceedings.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of commercial property management experience with increasing responsibilities.
  • Prior supervisory experience required.
  • Texas Real Estate License and RPA or CPM designations necessary.
  • Excellent knowledge of finance and building operations.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
