Your Contributions:
As a Senior Manager, you will:
  • Lead and mentor professional staff, fostering their development and growth.
  • Oversee engagement teams during SEC audits and quarterly reviews.
  • Review comprehensive audit engagement procedures to ensure thoroughness.
  • Identify audit risks and challenges, ensuring engagements are supported by robust documentation.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for operational enhancements and deliver timely solutions.
  • Manage multiple concurrent engagements efficiently, adhering to deadlines.
  • Provide constructive performance feedback to team members.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, overseeing billing and resource allocation.
  • Develop personal referral networks and engage in marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitate audit committee meetings and presentations.
  • Participate in speaking engagements and contribute to articles.
  • Fulfill required Continuing Professional Education hours.
  • Travel as necessary to meet client needs.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
  • Experience with SEC reporting, including Form 10-K and Form 10-Q.
  • Proven experience in supervising PCAOB-integrated audits.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant audit experience in public accounting.
  • Active CPA License.
  • Experience managing multiple complex client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within the industry.

Compensation:
The salary for this role will be commensurate with experience, education, and skill set. Total compensation includes salary, health benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. FORVIS reserves the right to adjust the salary range based on business needs.
