Job Title: Sr. Specialist KBNA Supply Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Specialist KBNA Supply Planner to join our team at Kohler. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supply plans, managing inventory, and ensuring the timely delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain supply plans to meet customer demand, ensuring accurate forecasting and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand planning, supply chain alignment, and category management, to ensure seamless execution of supply plans.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and develop recommendations to improve supply chain performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, customers, and markets, and use this knowledge to inform supply chain decisions.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on supply planning and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with supply chain software and systems, including SAP ECC and Powerbase.
