Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates during a specific shift, ensuring that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage a Team: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their job duties.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate the performance of workers, recognizing and rewarding high performers and addressing performance issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production or sales reports for management, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with associates, management, and customers, providing clear and concise information and updates.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the foodservice industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
