Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business growth and customer retention goals
  • Source and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market area/territory
  • Prepare and present sales contracts and lease agreements to customers
  • Prepare sales reports, expense reports, and daily call reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Formulate bids on new and existing jobs and projects
Requirements
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, remain organized, and develop relationships with current and potential customers
  • Minimum of one to three years of work-related experience, with three to five years of experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent with some college coursework or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • PC literate with proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis in Excel and Outlook required
  • Valid driver's license and extensive driving required; overnight travel required
