Job Summary

The Automation Engineering Manager III will lead a diverse team of engineers and project managers responsible for executing ADUSA's robotics and automation strategy. This includes designing, implementing, and maintaining best-in-class robotics and advanced automation to deliver world-class quality and delivery to customers across the entire network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify, design, and deliver high-profile automation solutions on-time and under budget.
  • Develop detailed designs and implementation strategies for automation projects across the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with leadership and peer organizations to develop and evolve supply chain strategies and initiatives.
  • Partner with vendors to evaluate new solutions and drive innovation.
  • Manage capital, occupancy, and support budgets, and provide regular reporting on progress to budget and forecast changes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in automation and supply chain engineering roles.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automation and technology leadership roles.
  • Strong financial planning and budgeting experience.
  • Cross-functional project leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated relationship management experience with vendors and third-party consultants.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with organizational change management.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise.
  • Experience with pricing, logistics, retail operations, supply chain, procurement, automation, and distribution.
