Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Perform collections on outstanding receivables.
  • Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in AP/AR with a focus on high-volume transactions.
  • Experience with journal entries and bookkeeping is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of specialized accounting software such as QuickBooks, WolfePack, or Sage is beneficial.
