Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as food service, hospitality, facilities, or business management
• 3-5 years of experience in conference planning, catering, audio-visual, and facility management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business results
