Program Coordinator Job Description

The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Design Lab Director's Office and Studios staff to develop skills in supporting Design Lab and Design Lab-WDC program planning, implementation, and delivery. This role involves coordinating with local, regional, and global stakeholders by scheduling and supporting town halls, workshops, and meetings.

The Program Coordinator will also assist with the coordination of student and community volunteer recruitment. Additionally, they will work on basic project assignments and learn to produce reports. The role requires analyzing issues and problems, gathering data and information, and learning to find alternatives and make sound recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate program planning, implementation, and delivery
  • Support stakeholder engagement and communication
