Position Summary:

We are looking for a Radiology Operations Supervisor to enhance our department.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee, strategize, and evaluate the clinical and technical functions, operations, and resources of the Radiology division. Address and manage radiology equipment issues as needed to maintain operational effectiveness. Engage in performance enhancement initiatives within the department and contribute to quality improvement efforts.

Essential Skills:
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is mandatory.

A current, valid, and active license/certification to practice as a Radiology Technician in the respective state is required.

Current BLS certification from an approved vendor is necessary.

American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) certification is essential.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's Degree is advantageous.

At least one (1) year of prior experience in radiologic services and/or supervisory roles is preferred.

State-specific certifications as required.

Ability to present a professional demeanor.

Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance mandates.

Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical capabilities.

Capacity to make independent decisions when necessary.

Proficient in computer and software applications relevant to job functions.
