About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Emulation Engineer to join our Silicon Technologies group at Apple. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing and manufacturing our next-generation, high-performance, power-efficient processor, system-on-chip (SoC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop advanced emulation environments using the latest techniques and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, DV, Power, Silicon Validation, Performance, and Software, to ensure seamless integration and efficient product development.
  • Work closely with top-tier emulation vendors to improve capabilities, debug issues, and optimize performance.
  • Develop and maintain complex testbenches, debug scripts, and verification environments using C/C++, DPI, and System Verilog.
  • Provide expert-level support for SoC bringup, root cause analysis, and emulator environment issues.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in emulation, design, and verification of complex digital systems.
  • Strong expertise in C/C++, DPI, System Verilog, and Verilog/VHDL design.
  • Experience with waveform debug tools, Verdi/SimVision, and UVM verification environments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
