We are a growing physical therapy practice, 3D PT, seeking an experienced and skilled Clinic Manager to lead our clinical operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients while overseeing the day-to-day management of our outpatient physical therapy clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage clinic operations, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with our physical therapy team to provide mentorship and professional development training
- Build and maintain relationships with like-minded professional partners in the community
- Stay up-to-date with state, federal, and local regulations pertaining to outpatient rehabilitation
Requirements:
- Clinical degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Minimum of three years of outpatient rehabilitation experience
- Minimum two years of outpatient supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of business operations and management principles
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
