Physical Therapy Clinic Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinic Manager to join our team at 3D PT in Dallas, TX. As a Clinic Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients while overseeing the daily operations of our clinical facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage clinic operations, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with physical therapists to provide mentorship and professional development training
- Build and maintain relationships with professional partners in the community to drive business development
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations pertaining to outpatient rehabilitation
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Minimum 3 years of experience in outpatient rehabilitation, with at least 2 years in supervisory roles
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
