Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Pathways Specialist. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care and achieve treatment goals
- Utilize state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
- Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations
Requirements:
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program
- Current TX license in good standing from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
- Dry Needling Certification preferred but not required
