Our product range includes salads, microgreens, herbs, and tomatoes, distributed across various retailers and food service providers. We are supported by leading investors and partners, reflecting our commitment to excellence in the agricultural sector.

POSITION DETAILS:
This role is scheduled for 2nd shift, working either Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carefully pressure wash industrial machinery.
  • Disassemble, clean, and sanitize production equipment.
  • Maintain accurate sanitation logs.
  • Reassemble production machinery post-cleaning.
  • Conduct general cleaning across all areas, including break rooms and restrooms.
  • Ensure all water and debris are promptly removed from the floor.
  • Mop designated areas and manage waste disposal as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding task completion.
  • Assist with production tasks when required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Repetitive motions are expected throughout the shift.
  • Prolonged standing or walking is required.
  • Crouching and kneeling may be necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Exposure to cooler temperatures and heights in the packaging area.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience in industrial cleaning (1 year).
  • Preferred experience in manufacturing (1 year).
  • Experience with pressure washing is advantageous.
  • Ability to operate machinery and use ladders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
