Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Technician to join our team at Cleanbee Property Services in East Butler, Pennsylvania. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for our clients by performing a variety of cleaning tasks in commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas in commercial and residential properties.
  • Empty trash and replace trash bags.
  • Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any concerns or requests in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Keep track of cleaning supplies and request for replenishment as needed.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this position ranges from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
