As a key member of our team, you will ensure that our facilities meet state and federal regulations, promoting excellence in care and quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regulatory compliance program that aligns with company policies and standards of clinical care.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to staff in all facilities, including teaching, training, and application of compliance skills.
  • Analyze toolbox data, including facilities' past performance surveys and quality indicator reports.
  • Train facilities, peers, and segment team members on the Quality Performance survey process.
  • Participate in the Quality Performance survey process and conduct independent surveys as requested or required.
  • Contribute to the development of a plan of correction based on survey results, as requested.
  • Act as a liaison between the compliance, operational, clinical division, and each facility and Home Office.
