Job Overview

Role Summary: In this position, you will facilitate group discussions focusing on various recovery topics while meticulously documenting each session. Additionally, you will perform peer assessments to ensure the quality of group documentation and serve as a positive influence for those in our care.

Position Details and Compensation:

  • Full-time role with evening shift hours (2:30 PM - 11 PM)
  • Annual salary of $35,000 ($17.09/hour) with additional compensation for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
  • FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience, where two years of relevant experience can substitute for educational requirements.

Special Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age in accordance with regulatory standards.
