The Hillsboro Club, a prestigious private residence club in South Florida, seeks an experienced Bellman to support the Front Desk Department at our stunning property.

This role involves escorting members and guests, carrying personal belongings, and assisting with registration.

We're looking for someone respectful, friendly, reliable, and passionate about hospitality.

The Club operates 24/7, requiring flexibility in shift days, start/end times, and hours worked.

This is a seasonal part-time position with competitive hourly compensation and paid biweekly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Assist with luggage and personal items.
  • Escort guests to front desk, guestroom, or other facilities.
  • Provide information on room features and transportation.
  • Maintain a file of local attractions and events.
  • Call for taxis and other transportation.
  • Supervise valet service employees.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Front Desk Manager.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
